Privacy

I keep data collection to a minimum — enough to know what's useful, nothing that follows you around. Here's exactly what happens when you visit.

Analytics — anonymous and cookieless

This site uses PostHog to understand which pages and links are useful — for example, how many people opened a case study or clicked “Let's talk.” It runs in a cookielessmode: no cookies are set, nothing is stored on your device, and you are not profiled or tracked across other sites. The data is aggregate and anonymous — it can't be used to identify you.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to Tight Margins, the email address you enter is used only to send you the newsletter, via the newsletter provider. You can unsubscribe from any issue at any time, and I don't use your address for anything else.

Contact & forms

The consulting brief and contact links open a pre-filled email to me — the details go straight to my inbox and nowhere else. I use them only to reply to you.

What I don't do

No advertising trackers, no third-party ad networks, no selling or sharing of your data, and no building of a profile on you. That's the whole point of the cookieless setup.
